3.4 phbe may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account or close an existing account without providing a reason, subject to the return of any verified account balance.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbe Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify phbe immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your phbe account. phbe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5.1 phbe accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, Security Bank, PNB), and debit card. phbe does not accept credit card gambling deposits or any form of cryptocurrency, in compliance with Philippine regulations.
5.2 All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the phbe cashier section.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in your name. phbe does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.
5.4 phbe aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times are targets and not guarantees.
5.5 phbe reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. phbe will notify you if additional documentation is required.
5.6 Any funds deposited into your phbe account that remain unused for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in Section 12. phbe will notify you before any inactivity fee is applied.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phbe's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 phbe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if phbe reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent authority.
12.2 You may close your phbe account at any time by contacting phbe customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable fees.
12.3 Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are considered inactive. phbe will notify you by email before applying any inactivity fee. The inactivity fee will not reduce your account balance below zero.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to phbe's internal dispute resolution process. You may submit a dispute by contacting phbe customer support with a written description of your complaint.
13.3 phbe will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and will endeavor to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.
13.4 You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
